I do think some graffiti can be art. I get the whole "Freedom of expression" thing. But there is a point where it's just a plain crime. There is no need to tag passenger trains and stuff. I am all for reserved concrete skateparks or other recreational places that allow it and actually promote it. I think some tagging can be very meaningful, but writing 420 on a elementary school stop sign is just stupid.

It is 100% crime. I wish they would put in place laws that would make it legal to shoot these criminals as you find them with pellet guns.

Their crime is discusting and a crime to all humans.
