Anyone got folks on this flight?

Saying that there is nose gear trouble but in the meantime they are in a holding pattern while emergency crews get ready to help on the ground.

An American Airlines plane with nose gear trouble has landed safely at Miami International Airport, according to news reports.

Well, what were they going to do, ditch it in the ocean because the nosegear wouldn't have come down? Every commercial pilot should be able to safely land an aircraft in that situation in their sleep.
