Nice. If I were into NIN, I'd be all over that - looks like an awesome package they've put together.

I wonder if this is worth picking up. $400, signed and limited to 2500 copies.

$300. I'm teetering on getting the $300 version myself but I know that sometimes you get something cool and limited and it winds up being meh.

$400?

Ouch!

No thanks. I'm in the $15 album market myself.

It's a nice package but $400 seems like overkill. For a discography that might be reasonable.

Ah, if only I was rich. I don't even have a Blu-Ray player and I'd get this (nor do I intend on getting one any time soon).

Even the web site says the Limited Edition is $300. I don't know where they're getting $400.

And if you want Ghosts I-IV, it's only $5. $75 will get you the Deluxe Edition with the Blu-Ray disc.

I didn't see a price on the graphic, so I referred to the last price I saw. Take a chill pill.

It looks pretty cool, but $500 is way to much to spend on something like that.

My sig is 1 pixel too big.

I might pay up to $300, but no way would I pay $600 for that.

But I did buy the $5 package. Took forever to get to the download page due to traffic. Have yet to listen to it though. Can't wait!

Nice to see that NIN is Apple friendly.

This is a guy who makes GarageBand projects available of his songs. He's featured on Apple's site.

$800 for an over-glorified CD is completely out of the question.

Where did you see it was $800?!?! The number I see posted the most is $500.

When it is all available as an iTunes Store download for my HD AppleTV, then we'll talk.

Your HD Apple TV is far, far inferior to Blu-Ray. If you can't see that, get LASIk, which is dangerous and will melt your eyeballs.

...and the $300 limited edition is sold out. That would be a nice set to have too.

I went for the $10 two disk hard copy. I already have the mp3 version and from that I can say I like it alot. You've got to give him respect for leaving the labels behind and doing it on his own. Granted he has millions and can afford to back himself, but I think it's a positive direction. Hopefully there will be ways for less financially successful artists to do the same.

Nice one Trent. The main objective behind your releasing this was to get the punters talking about your product in order to revive your out-of-ideas-since-the-second-album career.

And look, it worked! They're talking about it.

LASIK doesn't have 1.3b^10 HDMI next-generation upgradability. Now who looks like the fool?

I'm sick of you Apple TV apologists, and your lies. Now if you'll need me, I'll be off having sex with my blu-ray player, as its all I have left to live for.

Prolly more that Reznor. Ol' Trent was nearly bankrupt a few years back.

Which means what? So was Aerosmith at one point. Just because it happened doesn't mean you can't bounce back from it.

It means: You seem to think there's more money in the music biz than there actually is (by the way you're inviting Railroader to compare income with Reznor).

I dunno. He's doing what he wants, seems like he's got a decent noggin on his shoulders, uses and promotes some cool tech and he's willing to put his money where his mouth is (more often than not). Whether or not you care for his work, I'd rather have more people like him in the "biz" than 98% of the douches that call themselves musicians.

^^ What pooka said. Yes, some of it is about money, but TR seems to be one of the few people in the business that just says "f it" and does what he wants, and is HAPPY DOING IT. Oh and look! He makes money too.

So when RR says "you're giving TR faaaar too much credit", I call bullsh*t.

This coming from a man who listens to Manowar, among other tired heavy-metal acts.

Not that I like any new NIN, just sayin'

The point is not what RR makes, it's why he thinks that saying TR is a success is giving him too much credit. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE that has survived in this business since 1988 and STILL sells out shows is a goddamn success in my book.
