Erik’s in Australia. 
It does say rural parts of Sweden and Norway, and doesn’t mention Denmark at all; but even where my parents live, in Bum****, Sweden, I have never seen anyone wear such hideously tight jeans.
Sure, the whole pseudo-Japanese-cum-eighties-retro-tight-jeans style is (unfortunately) very ‘in’ at the moment, but not like that.

He is, yes. Nothing like being far from home to make you realise how ridiculous your peers all look in their fashionably correct outfits, though. 
(And no, I most certainly do not have a pair of those. Unlike the people in those videos, as commented by whoever it was that wrote the article, my calves are anything but minuscule or bird-legged)

Yes, the Swedes really are that weird.
Although ... midsommar (21st of June) is basically an orgy. If you can't get laid on the 21st of June in Sweden then you have SERIOUS problems.
