I'm looking to add a comments/feedback page to another one of my sites and I'm looking for a free page that I can put up that will not require people to sign up for an account. Just allows them to post on the page freely with what thy have to say.

dont know but if you do that (no sign up page )you will have people spamming your feedback post section daily with viagra, porn, and casino adds.

Yes, you will get spammed to death.

You will definitely need something with a captcha, or moderated.

I only really need it for a couple weeks and I could moderate it, but now thinking a email/contact page would work. I did the contact page up that RapidWeaver has but would not work. Any ideas of a site that has a contact page where people just put in their email address, title and the summary then it gets sent to an email account of my choice.
