It was just about 5pm yesterday (Wed, June 22nd) and I was on my way to McSorley's for a few beers with a friend who was in town visiting. I was walking southward on 3rd avenue on the east side of the street, and was about to cross 10th Street.
10th Street, as most streets in Manhattan, is a one-way street, one-way going Eastward in this case. Even though I had the light, like any good pedestrian, I looked to my right ... westward ... before crossing. I saw two girls on bicycles coming eastward on 10th. I stopped, and let them pass and then stepped out to cross 10th street.
That's when Chloë Sevigny F-ing slammed into me on her bike.
She was going Westward on 10th -- the wrong way on a one-way street.
She basically rammed her bike's handle bars and front wheel into my chest and mid-section, banged the wind out of me, and almost knocked me over.
I turned quickly to whoever was riding the bike that just slammed into me -- intent on punching them on the lip. Then I stopped ... holy ****, I thought, it's Chloë F-ing Sevigny.
She asked if I was alright and apologized for going the wrong way down a one-way street. I told her I was fine .... "She's a really good actress" I thought to myself.
Then she rode away.
Wait a minute ...... F-ing HELL! Chloë Sevigny just F-ing smashed into me with her F-ing bike. Sonnofawhore!
Then a guy came over to see if I was ok -- "Are you ok?" he asked .... but it freaked the **** out of me because he had one of those electronic voicebox things that you have to hold up to your throat.
The entire event was a little surreal.
Anyway.
Long story short.
Screw you Chloë Sevigny
