I'm looking forward to this one. The first one was awesome.

And the early reviews are generally positive.

Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey is the only stoner movie that anyone needs to see.

Unless you are a stoner, that is. Then they're all pretty good. But then, you won't remember seeing any of them, so you might as well just see the same one over and over again and save money.

Duuuude, when did we buy Cheech & Chong's Next Movie? Let's watch it.

Still can't imagine he's gay (nothing against gay but kind of surprise me as he always got roles as straight guy).

He plays himself in the movies, only straight.

But if you go to the movie's website, there is an adult-only movie trailer that is so funny. The first movie was awesome but this one looks like it's going to be even better!

just got back from it and laughed my ass off. Love the scenes with George W, and I never want a cockmeat sandwich.

Except you have to verify your age for that. And, oh, wouldn’t you know it—it’s restricted to US citizens!

it easier for them to confide to the laws of where they're located. blocking access from other countries just assures that their butts don't get fined for breaking another countries law. it's nothing personal.

I just used a common name, e.g., Joe Smith, and a zip code for a big city. Worked fine.

That was the only zip code I could think of, too; didn't work for me, either.

Bill Gates worked a charm, though.

Saw the movie. It was OK, but nowhere near as good as the first one. Some scenes were hilarious, but several were just too forced, esp. the ones with the racist government guy.

There was one scene which I found particularly amusing just because of the location... They end up at a friend's place in Miami, and I was in a Miami theater at the time.

Saw it on Sunday. I loved it. I could not stop laughing. I did not have a problem with the racists jokes because I'm not racist one bit so I have nothing to be ashamed of and the movie was actually making fun of racism.

Some of you guys are either way too uptight or you are actually teens/20 somethings pretending to be adults. I remember going through that phase myself. Being a stick in the mud is actually a sign of immaturity.

Hoped for something as good as the first one. Didn't get it.

The writing was weaker, and many of the jokes were a lot more forced.

I didn't think it totally sucked, but for anyone new to these movies, I'd only really recommend the first one.

Right, what he said. I didn't see the first one in theaters, because I didn't expect much from a stoner-humor movie. Then I heard good things about it and rented it, and it was, like Eug said in his OP, awesome. It really blew away my expectations by being damn funny all the way through, with a low reliance on poop and dick jokes.

I thought maybe this one would be come close to the first, but no dice.

On the plus side, I did see the trailer for Get Smart, which I didn't realize was being made into a movie. It looks like it could be decent.
