Went to see Ron "Tater Salad" White at the Chrysler Hall in Norfolk. That's one funny son of a beeyotch. I had tears coming down my face. For 90 solid minutes he was on stage, almost downed a whole bottle of scotch. If you get the chance, I highly recommend seeing this guy.

I've never heard of this guy, but you got my curiosity up. This clip on his website of him on Leno was pretty good... he even cracked up Snoop Dog. The other video clips are funny too.

The "blue collar" comedy always seemed like something I wouldn't find humorous, but this guy did make me laugh.

Yeah, the rest of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour doesn't do much for me but Ron White is really funny.
He is in a totally different league than them. His videos are well worth renting.

Wow...so he used to make jokes? That was actually a pretty good routine, and it sounds like he took his "bad date" impression on as his real persona.

When I watched them the first time on Comedy Central with he and the others sitting on the stools, I got the impression that ol Tater Salad was stealin the show from the others who were more well known and highly acclaimed.

He was easily the funniest. IMHO.

And the way he tells the story behind how he got the name, "Tater Salad" is a crack up, too.

Ron White :

I don't have cable or satellite tv. Only rabbit ears for three networks.

Yeah, I know, sucks for me. But it is by choice.

Funny if I had to choose, I'd live without the broadcast networks.
