And, exactly how are you supposed to turn the thing? You certainly couldn't turn very fast AT ALL.

Maybe it's got little wheels on poles that it throws down for added stability during fast maneuvering. A 'stoppie-bar' would certainly solve the braking issue.

Actually, turning would be the least of your worries - you could throw it into a turn just like a unicycle, up on one wheel.... If you were a freaking lunatic, that is...

I think that's just for parking. If it hits the ground while you were riding it.... I don't think you'd be riding it much longer.
