No, we're saying that 'stoned' isn't the correct word for describing somebody still drowsy (there's a good word) from prescription medication.
Drugged up copped weaving back and forth would have been a far more accurate way of saying it. As it stands now I'd wager most people expect the cop to be lighting up a dube and going to 7/11 for munchies.
