There are lots of smaller, more efficient cars than a 5.7L Durango that could do that - minivans, wagons, hell, even a Ford Escape Hybrid - many that would easily get 2-3 times the mileage. The choice you made and your rationalization of it says a lot about you.

I'm not driving up the prices, the speculators and traders on the markets are. And like I said earlier, there are many many many more cars than suv's on the roads, so a majority of people are pushing the prices up than the minority are.

Well, here's another dude who can't read. I NEVER said I delivered papers in the Hemi Durango. It has leather. I use my 4.7L V-8 base model without leather to do that. And I bet I can pack twice the amount of papers in my Durango than I could in an Escape Hybrid. But a Sunday paper anywhere and imagine about 500 in your car, plus another two publications.

And why do you think speculators and traders are betting on prices going up?

Well, hey, 2 big gas-guzzlers are better than 1!
So what do you do with the 5.7L one then? Get groceries?

ZOMFG!1 I can't use my fricken huge SUV for anything useful because it has leather. I'd hate to work over that 350 small block.

No problem at all.
In fact, I believe that's precisely what they invented the VAN for!

It's called INK. Newspapers use it to put words and pictures on the paper. It rubs off. If you've ever read, you'll see it on your hands. I didn't buy that to deliver papers in. My GOD, you guys are ****ing retards or something. I thought the Navy was full of ****ing retards, but I guess not.

I know. We have a business van as well. We just got the contract to pick up the papers at the printing press and deliver them to where everyone else picks them up to deliver.

Naw man, thought I'd just join in on stating facts and not bragging. I mean, just like your income, it's totally relevant to the conversation, right?

It's funny when someone ends up proving my point for me better than I could have.
2 giant, ugly, gas suckers in garage - check
Bragging about income - check
Defensive posts where I get called both a faggot AND pussy - check
Yep, we've got an SUV owner folks!

I've put off buying a nice vehicle even though I could put it down as a business expense. The taxes you pay on a 6 figure income from a business generally equates to a free vehicle (or 3 or 4.)
Just hope you don't get audited.
