mounting sirius radio in my car

okay so i have a sirius starmate unit in my car (2006 honda civic 4 dr) and it was mounted in the center console in front of the shifter with just some double sided tape. About once a week the tape loses its stickness and I have to remount. I've tried velcro also, but is doesn't hold tight enough for me to push the buttons, any suggestions on getting this to stick?

My GPS always falls off of my windshield. It's really annoying. I sometimes spit on the suction cup in order to form hydrogen bonds with the glass (no joke). O...H bonds. It's what holds our DNA together.

Buy some of that heavy duty mounting tape. It's thicker then tape and has green backing. You can get it anywhere and it comes in multiple strengths.

i bought scotch double sided heavy duty tape, it sucks. who makes the tape you are talking about?
