Who's seen it? What did you think?

I really liked Ang Lee's version from a few years ago, but I thought it was way more cerebral than most people were ready for or really wanted. It told the background story well and had a very "comic book" feel, but it was much shorter on action than the new one. Which I liked a lot. William Hurt makes a great heavy, and I could look at Liv Tyler on the edge of tears forever. And it kicked serious asterisk too!

It was absolutely ridiculous.

That said...( I feel a bit guilty saying it) I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yep, like all comic books are. They even made reference to that sort of thing in the first X-men; when Wolverine gets his fancy leather X-men suit he turns to Scott with a questioning look and Scott says "what did you expect, yellow spandex?" Which is of course what they wear in the comic books.

It's before the credits. General Ross and Tony have a small scene. Tony says something that is linked to the bit after the credits in Iron Man. Not giving any spoilers here... But it was cool.

I dug it. The animations really impressed, the story was a little mushy, but I could watch Tyler do anything.

I agree completely, but I think Tony/Iron Man has a lot more meat because the whole mythos was being introduced, while The Incredible Hulk was building on Ang Lee's earlier movie and really felt a lot like a (well done) sequel.

I wouldn't mind watching her eat a bullet.

She ruined the part. She's even uglier in this movie than normal too.

Wasn't really a sequel per se. It was a new start. They changed his origin, and this movie started with Betty never have actually seen Bruce transform.

She doesn't do anything for me either. Kind of horse-faced in my opinion.

She looks like a Simpson's character.
