Hi people, there is a question that I have and would like it to be answered. I have been thinking of real estate investing and I know that this is one of the better ways to indulge your money. But, there are still a few things related to real estate that need to be sorted out like how do the profits build up, what are the ways to go about this….and some more. Would you please help me to know more about real estate?????

This may be the best (or the worst) of all possible times as prices paid are going down at the present. Of course, you could be the big winner. Maybe a lottery ticket would be more rewarding.

I don't now much about real estate.... if only someone out there would post a useful link that I could go to to learn more...
But where would we find such a link? The internet is so big and confusing, I have my money ready to go, if only someone... anyone, would just point me in the right direction.

You need to have balls of steel to start buying property in this market.
While its certainly a buyers market and the prices can make for a tempting investment, the problem is that value is continuing to drop. There's a large glut of houses for sales, banks are unloading foreclosed properties, those things makes it very difficult for someone to buy real estate with the intention of making a profit.
If your plan is to buy land and hold on to it, the value should go up, buying houses with the intent of selling them in the short term is much riskier.
Personally there's a lot safer options to invest your money, but the key word is YOUR money. Do what you want.

seriously though, to learn about real estate is to study real estate - take a realtor course or mb check out guides on the internets. Trulia - Real Estate, Homes For Sale, Sold Properties, Real Estate Maps has a lot of listings btw.
This is a great time to buy if you're careful - many are damaged foreclosures, so caveat emptor.
