Any Apple Store 'Geniuses' out there?

I applied for a Genius position a while ago and got an email inviting me to a seminar to meet the management of a couple stores, learn about the store, hiring process etc.
Just wanted to know if there was anyone on here that has gone through this process and could tell me what to expect or give me tips. What happens at these seminars and what's the next step?

Well, the seminar is tonight. No word on if it's a group interview or just informational. I replied to the email to reserve my spot and talk about why I wanted the job, but got no response back. No idea if there will be a technical test or if they'll save that for later. I still did plenty of studying, just to be safe.
