Apparently, this thread has been Archived away, so I can't add to it. Here's a new thread to celebrate the arrival of the world's newest Met fan, Anna Catherine:
She was born Saturday Morning 7/12, and mom and baby are doing well. Her big sister was thrilled to meet her!
(If she came a day earlier, we might have named her MobileMe....)

Once she gets to be old enough to make decisions for herself, she can answer all of the key existential and theological questions for herself, such as:
- Is there a God?
- If there is, what was He thinking when He caused the Phillies to exist?
- What is His batting average with runners in scoring position?
In the meantime, she will become indoctrinated as a Mets fan, which includes learning some life-skills as how to taunt effectively, and how to recover when the bullpen blows the game yet again....
