Sort of. I contribute here:

www.carlustblog.com

I just wrote my first real article for it about my wife's Prelude, located here:

http://www.carlustblog.com/2008/08/car-lust--1988.html

Anybody who's into cars should really start checking this site out. We tend to ignore the latest and greatest, and instead focus on strange/obscure/unique/awesome vehicles that aren't usually in the spotlight. It's great. Feel free to stop by!

Peace!

Ah, cars and the MacNN Lounge! Two things that... really don't play all that well together.

We’ll still be able to check up on you even after you’re banned.

Just what we needed. ;-)

Nice site and a nice post.

You really seem to know your car stuff. Glad you get so much enjoyment out of it. My buddy is a car guy like you and he can talk for hours about all this minutiae about his various cars--a 62 Cadillac convertible and a 65 Mustang are his current "project cars"--but it just goes right over my head. I see cars as mostly a convenient way to get from point A to point B. I'm glad you get so much more out of it. Cheers!

Hey, well... stop by the site a few times and you might pick up on a few things. Maybe you'll even develop a car lust of your own.

Thanks! I was going to do my next piece on the Contour SVT, a car I have loved for years, but since certain people on this forum seem to think it's god's gift to the world, I might pass. I still like the car, but the fact that some people think it's absolutely mind blowing gets on my nerves. It's a good car....but it's a ford. It's a good, brilliantly engineered SHITTY CAR. That's why I like it, and that's why I want one. So when it gets door dings and people ram it with a shopping cart, I won't care. It just drives nice.

Why? There is nothing wrong with posting pictures of unicycles, I don't think?

Who, me? You're not going to do an article for a blog completely unrelated to this website because someone that probably will never read your blog likes the same car you do? Cool.

I wasn't insulting you or anything, and I've actually bookmarked your blog. Just stating that you will probably be banned, as a point of fact.

Do you have the DOHC 3.0? If so, what kind of gas mileage do you see? My dad has an '01 Sable and typically gets about 19mpg with mixed driving, which seems pretty awful to me.

Yes, I have an '05 and get 17-19 in the city, and 24-27 highway.

My dad's never been able to do better than 24 or 25.

In other hilarious news, Rob has joined the Contour website that I'm on and is asking about whether or not he should buy a Contour SVT because is sweet awesome totally rockin' carburated '89 Accord is about to die.
