I like how every house on that block looks identical and the whole place looks deserted.
That's actually a fairly normal looking area for Arkansas. Looked like about 75% of the neighborhoods I saw when I lived there. Identical houses, but not many people ever outside.

//edit: however if you click north of the road and then “drive” back south using the arrows in the applet you’ll still be able to see (almost) everything. Looks like they only removed one single frame.

Follow the hose down to Turtle Creek Drive and turn North, then pan the camera behind. Looks like the Google photo car ran over the hose and a fireman (?) is flipping him off.
