...a little pop-up message told us "I Am Rich" is not available for sale to U.S. residents. Given the sorry state of the U.S. dollar, that might make sense...

The building, also known as Valley Green Six, is one of the most famous buildings on the Apple campus, as it is known to house a number of hardware-based research and development projects that are underway at the company.

That probably is not very far from the reality.. A few years ago, I visited California and I asked the Chamber of commerce of Cupertino where was the Apple campus located and if we could visit it, and she told us that even firefighters had a hard time entering the premises for inspection!
