I know there are some out there. I know a few brilliant ones myself, but have lost touch. Anyway, I am looking at broadening my knowledge base a bit from the Big 3 Adobe CS programs and learn some web and interactive basics. I have minimal knowledge of Flash and Dreamweaver. I'm working on those. But what other programs do I need to get a grasp on? Many agencies are looking for interactive experience and I'd like to be able to compete.

For instance I have work where I have created the print and come up with ideas for web sites or games- but have no idea how to create them, or at least get the idea across.

What do you recommend I look at and study?
