After the last few Jobs keynotes we've had commentaries from members about the appearance of Jobs and speculation concerning his health. Are people finally starting to get tired of that micro-analysis? Were fears quieted by this most recent appearance? Or did I just miss the discussion this time?

As far as the October 14th keynote is concerned, I think he still looked as thin as before but otherwise fine. Others will disagree with me, but as far as I'm concerned he didn't appear weak or sickly. He only let a slight, muffled cough slip through once during the presentation from what I could tell, compared to his frequent coughing in years prior. I think he's doing fine health wise. Disagree?

I sure hope people are done with the overanalyzing.

I think he's doing just fine too.

Apparently some are not.

I only brought it up because I found it notable that no one raised the issue again after the 14th.

People are probably too upset about the lack of Firewire on the MacBook to worry about Jobs' health. Obviously that's just what Apple wants! If Jobs' health takes a turn for the worse, look for Apple to go back to plastic and beige across all of its product lines.

I still think he looks awful. He's literally skin and bones. To be truthful, I find his appearance distracting anymore when watching the keynotes.
