I know a few members on here live there, and I'm sure a few have been there. I've done the Google thing, but would be interested in seeing some distillation of the information. I'll be heading there from Macau on Sunday afternoon and flying home Tuesday, so I've got some time there.

Hide your loot!
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

If the weather is nice go to the top of the mountain to see the city. It's great!

Go on the Star ferry, several times backwards and forwards, a really inexpensive harbour sightseeing trip.

Apliu Street across the water in Kowloon is a must, especially at night
Sham Shui Po Metro station
Technology Market.

Temple Street Night Market
MTR to Yau Ma Tai or Jordan

Take your own Knife & Fork if you can't manage chopsticks.

Both !!!

And at night, there's a nightly light show utilising most of the HK skyscrapers, seen best from the other side, ie Kowloon.

I was referring to restaurants - I've been in China for a while, just stopping in Hong Kong on the way back.
