Dont know if any of your have come across this yet, but all my friends on facebook and myself seem to have fallen in love with it. It something called Elf Yourself which allows you to upload up 2 5 pictures of your friends and mask out there faces and they are then automatically applied to elfs in your choice of up 2 5 different videos which makes for hilarious results when these are your friends. heres my video of my and 4 of my good mates using the worst photos i could find of each of us:
