Here is the image in question:

I have seen some pretty fat people before, but this guy looks more like he is pregnant with 12 babies in there! His stomach isn't sagging or anything.... it seems like a fake to me, what do you think?

Edit: Oh, and the bar across his eyes is sure to keep anyone from knowing who he is. lol

I mean his belly button is soooo weird-looking... i don't quite think it's real.
And the straps of his pants... if his belly were like real they'd not look like that on the pic... that's cheap photoshop...

That is a nice photoshopped image. As Carla V. says, what gives the image away is the belly button.

Notice how the suspenders are compressing the fat on the sides, forcing it to bulge forward. I say its real.

Well, judging by the nick's posts, I'd say it's a slightly downgraded version of Dakar.
