Really. Don't do it.

Bought a RAID array Wednesday morning. Item was in stock and I wanted it fast, so I selected "express shipping" - and paid extra moola for that shipping.

As of right now, the bloody thing hasn't even left their warehouse.
Phoned them to point this out and ask why I paid extra for express shipping, and basically got an "f off, the express shipping time span starts when we feel like giving the item to UPS". Barstewards.

I feel a breach of contract action coming on, since according to their T&Cs, they should have shipped it yesterday. We'll see if they want to be nice and refund the extra shipping costs first.

This ain't a whine - it's more of a heads-up for those of you who might sometime consider buying stuff off these idiots.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.

This advice does not only apply for pixmania UK - I wouldn't buy anything there in Germany neither!

Amazon on the other hand never stops to amaze me! I just signed for a free month of Amazon prime and ordered a DeLonghi EN 660 Nespresso Lattissima on Tuesday...it wasn't in stock...but arrived yesterday nevertheless!
