California's new power source a solar farm

I find it an interesting concept, however, I am not entirely sure of how effective it would be in the long run. Imagine all 50 states doing something similar, it would make it pretty crowded in orbit. None the less, depending on how much energy it would create, it may be a very viable alternative to what we currently use.

Everyone knows the future of solar power is the omnipotent Dyson sphere.

This is a great idea - long overdue, and at the very least a step toward wireless electricity.

Well yeah, if you stand in front of it. Or maybe you would just get fried. Too soon to tell!

I suppose they would account for a possible wobble or nudge by colliding with space junk, but I can't help but imagine this:

You could save a lot more money by simply putting a solar panel on top of commercial buildings.
