What exactly do you need from a Berliner/German here?
The advert or an entire picture of the place where this advert is shown?
From the asses on the pic, I can tell you that it's obviously Palmers! 
And a google image search had this as the first hit:

I didn't actually know if the advert was for a company selling products / a show / a strip club or whatever. The picture was taken in Berlin.
