Those cats always leave me in awe. I'd love to learn to do that, but I'm sure I'd quickly find myself broken on the ground and praying for death.

He's pretty great at acrobatics, but it is not Parkour.

Yeah - usually those clips don't involve as many over the top showy flips. The guy's definitely impressive but when I hear parkour just want to see folks leaping from buildings, scaling walls and so on.

I've believe I've seen other videos of the same guy out on the streets. He's the real deal by anyone's definition. This video may not have been the best example as most of it takes place in the gym, but since it's billed as a "showreel", I expect that would be why there are so many showy flips.

If that dude puts "Parkour" in his keywords, then that's good enough for me.

OK, so there's a bit of gymnastics, acrobatics and capoeira in there too. But I didn't think we were being that anal. Obviously I was wrong.

He's amazing, no doubt - and the stuff he does in urban environments is absurd. I just got tired of the gymnasium stuff.

Oh please, I can get more air than that by simply launching myself off a catapult

Agh! Whatever you do don't make the mistake of clinking on any of the "Parkour Faceplant" videos.

Not for the faint hearted.
