As far as I know this (acanac) ISP is available in Ontario and Quebec only. Their plan looks very, very enticing but I'm not sure. I've been with Sympatico for over 10 years now and my only complaint is the throttling. Price-wise, they're 'okay'.
I just want to hear from anyone who have experience with Acanac. (.ca)

All the ADSL providers out there - I use Teksavvy - are reselling Bell lines. Bell is currently trying to stop independent resellers from selling unlimited plans, which is both anti-competitive and an unfair business practice.
So whoever you go with, if Bell decides to shape traffic or pull the plug on certain offers, there goes your service.
No idea on how reliable Acanac are, I am happy with Teksavvy but a friend of mine had to switch back to Rogers because Bell couldn't get his phone line to work with Teksavvy's ADSL service. Yeah, right.

Then how can Acanac promote unlimited?? If they are at Bell's mercy?

When I lived in a condo, Bell had a nasty habit of pulling my TekSavvy line. They said it was because TekSavvy's customer base doesn't always show up in Bell's database.
So, they'd see a line connected up, but would have no record of it associated with Bell, so they'd just pull it and use it for someone else. Happened to me twice, and Bell's subcontractors admitted this happened not infrequently.
