Something is not going to happen.
Is this MJ coverage way out of control, or is it just me?

I remember when Anna Nicole Smith died - something else happened in the news that day, but her death got all the front-page and headline coverage.

Dude's dead. Move on.

I'm as cynical as the next MacNN'er, but I'm still astounded at how our world media grabs onto crap news and flings it around like a proverbial monkey. I really couldn't care less about all the "celebrity news" being vomited at us...how about the issues that truly affect us?

You should appreciate trailer trash. We need someone to keep the American breweries employed and tornadoes localized.

I can appreciate your angle there, but after working closely around them for the last 16 years, I've about had it. I'll take my chances with the tornados and cigarette and brewery staff shortages...

I've noticed sometimes that the Breaking News section of CNN is nothing more than a simple Twitter post.

No, that one was intended to induce terror.
