At my last command before I retired, I was good friends with a guy who moved to Arizona. He switched cell phone numbers, and I had to as well because of prank calls to mine. Now we didn't get around to telling each other our new numbers, and now I can't find him. 411 doesn't list him.

What's the best way to find out someone's cell phone number if you know generally where they live? Is that feasible?

might be easier to google his name to find an email address; then make the first contact that way/verify the right person. then ask for his new number.
