Great build quality!

I wonder what all the residents of the nearby buildings are thinking. Or even if they haven't moved in yet, this has to put all those other buildings into doubt. If they are the same type of build, I suspect the govt could force them to tear them all down.

Impressive that a lot of the windows didn't break.

That reminds me of when Bart Simpson bought that abandoned factory in Homer's Enemy and charged Milhouse with being the night watchman:

BART
Ah, jeez. Milhouse, how could you let this happen? You were supposed to be the night watchman.

MILHOUSE
I was watchin'. I saw the whole thing. First it started falling over, then it fell over.

Could, probably, yes. In all likelihood, though, they’ll just end up putting this one back on its feet and pretend it’s as good as new.

Are you guys sure it's full scale? Look at the bottom, especially on right. You'd expect support beams for the first (second?) floor. Instead, it looks like the back of a green PCB. You can't quite see the tracings, but the solder blobs can be made out.

That's actually the top.

The bottom is here:

Those support pillars seem rather shallow.

In hindsight, I think it’s safe to say those support pillars are rather shallow.

Looks wet around there.. my guess is the footings sank due to ground saturation and the building just got top heavy.

^^^ And the engineers/architects/etc. failed to account for the local conditions and perhaps just reused designs meant for other locales.

P.S. It seems that green PCB with solder blobs is actually an unfinished roof or patio, and I'm guessing it could be a layer of a water barrier or something like that.
