Anyone else having this problem? Thunderbird is choking on my Gmail account and logging into gmail website is choking half the time, as well. Been happening since yesterday.

Let me just look into that order, lexapro. Yeah, it was indeed delivered on Sept 1. You should be getting it soon.

Gmail is back now, but no Snow Leopard. I am on the phone waiting for sales support. Should I tell them you tried to look up the order?

P.S. I am being serious. Do you work at apple?

I called and they said they can't do anything until after Sept 8. They didn't have a record of anything else in the system. I am confused.

I looked into it - looks like I got your order mixed up with some old Word documents and deleted them all. I'm really sorry about that, but we'll get it to you as soon after the 8th as we can.

I told you - it was a simple mistake. It doesn't happen very often, but it's not unheard of.

Phil, that's a great idea. Maybe Apple should go into bottled water.

Hmmm... Well, dehydration is a problem here in Cupertino, California, and Apple really values its employees more than any of our competitors, so I'll see to it that our common areas are stocked with Naive bottled water.

Thank you for your suggestion, Apple values feedback from its employees.

Glad we could help. One quick question - did you get one of the ultra-rare "SnowLeopard" editions where the space was left out on the box? We only released five of those boxes to the public, and everyone that is lucky enough to get one of those boxes wins a tour of Apple's facilities - much like a Golden Ticket.
