Besides, China bought up most of our debt. Probably the least we can do.

Part of me hates the idea - communism and all (been to China, seen it IRL)

I think it's actually pretty hilarious, in light of where China is going and where the US is going.

In many aspects, China is already embracing Market Economy and Capitalism more than the US these days.
