Well, I'm shocked.

AMD, Intel Settle Antitrust Disputes; Intel to Pay AMD $1.25 Bln - Bloomberg.com

AMD and Intel obtain patent rights from a new 5-year cross license agreement, Intel and AMD will give up any claims of breach from the previous license agreement, and Intel will pay AMD $1.25 billion. Intel has also agreed to abide by a set of business practice provisions.

AMD is up 28% in pre-market trading.

Sad that their payoff is about the same as their quarterly revenues, and doesn't even make up for how much they've lost over the last year.
Mac update estimates: MacBook Pro 1Q10 (quad core Nehalem [Clarksfield]); MacBook 1Q10 (Arrandale); MacBook Air 1Q10 (Arrandale LV); Mac Pro/Xserve 1Q10 (6 core Westmere, 64+GB RAM); iMac 3Q10 (quad core everywhere); Mac mini 2010
