Definitely fake. Since when does Apple refer to iPhone as 'Apple iPhone'? Not to mention, it's 'iPod shuffle', not 'iPod Shuffle', like in the ad.

Apple never uses Myriad Pro Regular weight. They pretty much always stick to the Semibold variety.
And who the CRAP superscripts "am/pm"? I've never seen that before.
