...sometimes they're really, really weird. For example, this past weekend at the Texas Renaissance Festival, I saw this:

I don't have any other "weird" pictures from the weekend, after stumbling into the Star Wars universe instead of tripping over fairies and gnomes (there was a garden gnome there too), I just felt overwhelmed.

That's way worser than the women who should not have worn only chainmaille... or the ones who should have thought three or four times before they poured their "assets" into a corset that made those assets look like... well, "ewwwww." Yeah, those folks were there too. But then, so were the belly dancers... Which made up for the others.

Are those Cutthroat Shamrock t-shirts? Seen them at a few shows, good guys to have beers with.

I finally got a picture of me off of my wife's camera. Not many pictures of me this time-I had my DSLR in the car most of the time, and we were actually too busy having fun to take many pictures.

I may post some of the pictures I took with the DSLR on our second day at the faire when I get a chance. Gotta love fall in Texas for "interesting" costumes!
