I must say that this looks as close to what I would imagine Apple producing as I have seen so far. The glass front, the camera, the beveled back, the os interface. All looks very compelling, certianly the potential game changer that Apples actual tablet would have to be.

The video looks very real too. If it's a fake vid its better than pretty much everything else I've seen.

The pics of the eMate and Newton in the background are curious.

Still seems rather pointless.

It's basically an oversized iPod touch, that's as big as a laptop.

I thought that this was clearly fake, until I noticed that the camera was picking up on the refresh rate of the display. Very interesting.

The left hand shadow suggests one point light source, on the ceiling, at 45ยบ inclination to the left of the subject.
The right hand shadow suggests one point light source, on the ceiling, a little bit to the left of the camera direction.

If there were two point sources, there would be a double shadow.

CFLs would not produce sharp shadows like these. Who uses incandescent lighting sources anymore?

Hmm...

First off, if that's fake, that's a LOT of effort to make a fake video.

The timing of the finger touching and the response seems to match. I can't see that being possible if it were orchestrated.

I'd think they'd show typing.

Skeptical, but if it's true it looks badass.
