This looks to be a pretty cool camera:

I am assuming it only shoots JPEG but the file format is not clearly spelled out. The word JPEG is only mentioned once.
I also don't see much info about file sizes although one would assume something in the 10mb range.
At any rate, I've pre-ordered it on Amazon.

I think this will be a very nice addition to my digital camera collection.

I doubt a 10Mpix P&S will be churning out 10MB JPEGs.

I was thinking RAW but upon further reflection it only makes sense that JPEG would be the format for a camera priced at $349. But this camera does have a very nice albeit a bit slow lens along with a boatload of nice technical innovations.
