Has anybody heard from any AAPL executive or employee, or read anything on Twitter, regarding the development of a smaller sized iPhone, with the technical specs of the 3G? Maybe with a blue aluminum body?

One time my buddies and I were at a bar and got to chat with this woman who is the personal assistant for the owner of a dry cleaner's that supposedly does SJ's dry cleaning. And after many beers she told us the following about an iPhone nano and also an iPad nano. . .

Making smaller size version of smartphones seems to be popular right now, so I doubt Apple will get into it.
