This thread is quickly degenerating into a bashfest. Is it necessary?

Maybe if he wanted us to watch it, he'd give us, you know, his reasoning for posting it.

The OP has all the quality and subtlety of an press release. Because that seems to be all there is.

Is this film similar to CRASH? Because I didn't like that one.

I would have replaced the credits with "Starring Chris Hemsworth (Star Trek's GEORGE KIRK) and Sean Bean (GOLDENEYE and PATRIOT GAMES)."

Yeah, for having such a well-known cast, they sure don't advertise it.

I didn't notice any problem with the sound. But I would like to see someone cast Sean Bean as something other than a psychotic bad guy. Just once, you know? Even Peter Jackson had to give him some psycho stuff. Why not "the worried father of the kidnapped teen girl" or "the business executive who has to pull the company out of the red after his trusted partner pissed everything away on blow"? He's really that good, so why keep giving him bad guy roles.

But I digress. It looks like an interesting summer film. Not a blockbuster, not Oscar material, but fun.
