I frequently send them some sort of comical message.

Some more nonsensical then others.

I like to write things like...

"I was trying to mask out a forklift and your program crashed. I think photoshop may have a problem with forklifts. You should look into it."

"I'm trying to make a carpet ad so I can make money which means I can buy more stuff like photoshops and whatnot and for some ****ing reason my damn copy of photoshop always crashes when I make carpet ads. That makes me sad. And poor. Do you want me to lose my job and stop buying photoshops?"

In some cases, I don't think that punctuation, sentence and paragraph structure, use of mixed case versus all caps, and even proper spelling would make any difference whatsoever. You can feel the angst in some of those reports. Many are very emo, others seethe with rage. And they're all pretty darn funny.
