Anybody else addicted to checking this site? I scored a benchmade knife yesterday for $20! I got a covert jacket that I wear all the time in the fall, for like $17. Freakin' awesome site.

Yeah, but unlike Woot, which is kind of geared toward geek-chic type gadgets, steepandcheap is geared towards outdoor gear. Shoes, jackets, knives, camping, backpacking stuff. It's rad.

Yeah, I check it almost everyday, every time I check Woot!, sometimes a couple of times per day.

I think I've purchased like 4 items in the past 12 months.

because it's msrp was around $40, and can be found on ebay for around $20. i think cabela's has one for $19.99. so that's about what i'd pay, and expect it's worth.
