The Tab is completely irrelevant now.

No, I don't, because they didn't lie. Go slander another company...

Samsung Galaxy Tab return rate is 16%. Wait! Maybe not!

Incidentally, the return rate for Apple's iPad is 2 percent, a comparison that was made in The New York Post's article. So why all the confusion? According to ZDNet, Samsung's sloppy communication might ultimately be to blame. Samsung recently bragged to the world that it had sold 2 million Galaxy Tabs, but when pressed for more information, the company admitted that these were in-channel sales to partners rather than indicative of consumer sales.
So they didn't get caught lying, they got caught not actually telling the truth.
Okay, point taken.
So, given that we now know what they're talking about (and they do, too), it's safe to assume that the "2%" return rate MUST be of devices SHIPPED to retailers, not of actual devices SOLD, right?
So if 2% returned of SHIPPED devices (2 million) is equivalent to 16% of actual SALES, we can infer that Samsung has sold approximately 250,000 Galaxy Tabs.

Knowing Samsung, they probably include the keylogger when they advertise numbers of apps for the Tab.

That's the problem with trying to discuss US policy with foreigners who are only here to argue. We take
these issues to heart, because this is our country and we love it, they're here for the entertainment value.

Samsung Galaxy Tab sold just 20,000 out of 1m shipped, claims rival | Technology | guardian.co.uk
An executive at Android tablet maker Lenovo claims that Samsung sold only 20,000 of the 1m tablets that it shipped last year as it tried to "buy share" from market leader Apple.

Not surprising. I've seen them as low as $149 at retailers.

I think the Galaxy Tab has much higher sell out than what Lenovo is saying. I can't confirm either way, but the sell out from what I've heard in Europe is not that bad.
Outside of Samsung, I think every other tablet on the market besides the iPad and TouchPad is a piece of shit.

Well, surely Lenovo wouldn't be unbiased about Samsung sales numbers.
