Hello all,

The only thing on my Christmas wishlist (and well well above my mothers budget) is a Drobo FS for backup only. The reason I need the FS, is I am storing the family Video8 Tapes (900GB+), AVCHD (270GB+ growing), VHS (some personal stuff 300GB when done, 8mm (need to get professionally done at 8K). As well as future proof. I also like the idea of dual drive failure protection and using Time Machine.

In the future ($$$) I want to have 3 drobos (sister, moms and my place for True backup). I can get the WD Green 2TB for $90 each so that's not a worry.

A low volume item in a low volume market space like that doesn't really seem prone to good BF sales.
