Oooooo. I can't wait. Rumors are ranging from positive proof of life on Titan, to arsenic based organisms in Mono Lake. Either one of these announcements would be absolutely incredible. A non-carbon based life form? Holy cow.
This would completely change how we look for extraterrestrial life. If it's the latter announcement, this could also mean two completely different forms of life developed on our planet. Life developed independently twice, and that one of our forms of life could already be extraterrestrial in origin. How exciting is that?!
