Good Morning All. Was looking at all the Dummy Books for Macs on Amazon available for sale and thought the new one title " Macs For Dummies " by Baig was interesting since I never owned a Mac before. Will for sure be getting a desktop and geared on the i3 21.5". Was wondering if any one thought the Mac Dummy Books are worth looking into. Thanks to all for there replies.
I don't know about that book, but "The Missing Manual" is a good buy. If you're computer literate (user level) and actually read it, it'll give you a very good grounding.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.
Just to add - if you register on the Apple support site, you'll gain access to a lot of how-to videos.
Everything from the basic stuff to advanced.
The classes at the Apple store are also worth looking into.
