I am so ****ing pissed. I asked for a ****ing Pizza for my tradditional Apple Event next week and she said absolutely no to it and is ****ing pissed off at me. I am super hard core and go on a total media blackout until I watch the event. She says no food allowed period for this event I have only been doing for 11+ years!!!

Obviously your choices are:

1. Have the event at your friend's place and hope she doesn't find out
2. Get a new girlfriend

You could try to explain to her that it isn't necessarily what you eat, it's how much. If you burn more calories than you consume, you'll lose weight. Offer to skip breakfast (or just have a piece of fruit), have a light lunch, then party with some pizza. You'll still lose weight and get to enjoy your party.

She has been compromised by prime numbers and the white squad. Do not tell anyone. Lock her up. Do it now. Lock her up and hide her away from the world. Feed her nothing but green foods and 1% milk. Buy 7 parrots. No more no less. If one stops functioning, replace it with another parrot within 36 hours. Do not let her look at these parrots.

DO THIS.

Take a large plate. Place celery, baby carrots, sliced apples, sliced jicama, sliced cucumber, and sliced radish on the plate. Place bowl of roasted red tomato humus in middle of plate. Invite attendees to eat said items on the plate.

You could also put your balls on this plate. As a centerpiece.

Seriously though. I declare this thread the hot new thread of hotness. This is what's happening now people. The action.

I have a better idea: Get a box. Cut a hole in the box. Put your junk in the box. Make her open the box.

We need pictures of her, then we can say whether she rates above or below Apple event day with pizza.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

Sounds like she's controlling you because she's not happy with you in your current state. Guess what, it's likely that she's always going to be this way. If it's not weight, it'll be something else.

Besides, no sensible diet forbids having something bad once in a while. Get the pizza, and go back on the veggies the next day.

I was thinking the same thing. It is totally possible that she is worth giving up pizza for, but everyone here just says to ditch her.

Use this as an opportunity to learn about each other and to communicate. Ask her to suggest a compromise or solution where both of your interests are taken into consideration. No threats or yelling about how important this is to you, spend more time listening than speaking. No ultimatums.

You're supposed to support the girl, not the other way around And for the love of all that's good, please don't tell me that you're going to get your wallet out to order the next iPad.

On second thought, this is something you might read on 4chan. Responses would be even more merciless there, too.

Yeah, this is starting to sound pretty icky. I understand having a budget, but this is something you can/should factor in. I'm sure she has some things she splurges on once in a while (clean that up!) - remember, reciprocity is the key to playing well with others.

On second thought, sounds like you need to reevaluate your situation altogether.

Gotcha. So if you dumped her you could generate the grocery list yourself and hand it off to your care taker to take shopping?

You need to dump this girl now. She clearly only thinks about herself.

Worse, your relationship with her is only going to eat away at your relationship with Apple. Apple Events, rather than being filled with joy and happiness, will become a source of resentment for you.

Since reading this thread, we've been having the pizza or chick debate in the office (4 people with others wondering in now and again). The general feeling is that she needs to be an ultra babe to give up pizza.

And swallows.

Potatoes, corn, and bacon. Google's translation of their menu calls it "Jamantorio," but the sign I pointed to to order said "Germann."
