Everywhere I look, I see Megan Fox's image as an advertisement for Netflix. I'm not exaggerating, 'cause I seem to see it every five minutes when I surf the web.
And why do they think Jennifer's Body is the movie to use for Netflix? It is the ultimate "impulse buy" or something? Is it the only movie poster with sex appeal or something?

Is Megan Fox even relevant anymore?
Edit: It appears she was in Jonah Hex last year, which I recall, flopped immensely.

I have yet to notice those ads.

I hate to see it, but Jennifer's Body wasn't that bad a flick if you're into the teen horror genre. And yes, Megan Fox was hot as hell in it - sounds like a pretty good impulse rental to me!

I think that Megan Fox image was used because it is simple image from an actual movie that works in a small ad space. Basically it's Megan Fox in bright clothing in the centre of a muted background.
BTW, I thought that movie was pretty good actually, at least for the genre. Lots of snarky humour in it.
EDIT:
I think it may specifically be a Netflix.ca ad. If so, the non-Canadians may not ever see it.
BTW, I did a brief search and couldn't find the image, but if you're wondering, it's that pic where she's walking down the middle of a school hallway after another kid had been killed. Everyone seems down, except her, who is very bright and happy. IIRC, in that scene she doesn't actually exude much sex appeal or anything, but it's just that she's completely contrasted from the rest of the people in the scene (who are in more drab clothing, are not happy, and who are out of focus). Some may say it's a little bit of an overly-simplistic way of emphasizing her disconnect with the rest of the group, but I personally specifically noticed and liked the simple stylized look of that scene while watching the movie.

At risk of incurring the wrath of the anti-spam moderator gods... Yep, Canada only.
However, it's not limited to Megan Fox. It's also Owen Dog, another closeup that works in a small ad space.

Megan Fox is the ultimate example of an incredibly attractive person becoming unbelievably unattractive due to their personality. I can't stand the lady.

Well, in the movie she plays an attractive woman who is unbelievably unattractive due to her personality... because she eats people.
Perfectly cast?
I do like some of her quotes though:
Hollywood is the most superficial thing you could possibly be a part of and if I weren't attractive I wouldn't be working at all.
I'm definitely labelled in the pin-up category. I haven't given people a reason to take my work seriously yet, which is my responsibility. I think the expectation for me, as far as my ability as an actress goes, is very low. I feel like that means I can only ever be an over-achiever when people expect so little from me.

I've never seen the movie. Actually, I think the first Transformers is the only film I've ever seen her in. I have seen her in interviews though. Something about her just didn't sit right (pardon the Southern colloquialism).
