This is pretty funny. Cartman wants an iPad.

NSFW language. (the F word used loudly) Full episode.

This episode fell right into the "immediately forgettable" category.

South Park is very hit or miss lately. Well, not lately, South Park has been very hit or miss for the last decade or so. Most episodes are either bad or forgettable, but then you get that gem from out of nowhere.

This one was not a gem. I did like that they didn't go the "Apple users are in a cult" direction, because the Simpsons and Futurama have already covered it. (and not well)

simpsons did it, simpsons did it

My sig is 1 pixel too big.

The fact that this didn't make the rounds the morning after tells me all I need to know.

Brilliant episode, I was laughing so much tears fell. The centipede metaphor was sooooo nasty and so true

I'd have to agree with ort888. I found this one forgettable... even borderline tedious.

The one line that really got me was "dude, when the police want to find someone they contact Apple."

Not that funny at all. Their other episodes that poke fun at Apple are better.

That was the one line in this episode.

I thought the sideline of Cartman setting up his mom and appearing on Dr. Phil was pretty good.

But apart from that, there's *much* better episodes.

Of course there are much better episodes, but nevertheless this one definitely had me laughing out loud. I thought it was a very good parody.

South Park isn't as strong a show as it used to be (being too focused on parodies of pop culture), but it's still quite good considering its age.

Not one of the all time best, but still top notch. South Park is still as good as it ever was.
How many of you have seen the Human Centipede film this was parodying?

Yeps, though watch the Human Centipede at your own risk people, it can't be unseen. Though it makes this episode a lot more solid and the centipede part of the episode is actually very very smart.

This episode belongs squarely in the upper 50th percentile of South Park episodes, though granted not in the top 10. Good stuff

I've seen every episode of South Park up through Season 12, and I'm of the opinion that the show should have been ended after Season 7.

And more than that, South Park's golden years will forever be the era of 'Cheesy Poofs' for me.

I have never laughed so much as when I saw episode 8x12 (that's season 8) Stupid Spoiled Whore Video Playset.

Also the episodes age very well, so many episodes that were only so-so when I first saw them are more interesting now. South Park is a multi-layered show, there's always something one misses during the first run. That's a good thing™

Well, of course S1e1 gets an entry - it launched a series that's been on forever as well as a movie.

But yeah, they pretty much all get an entry. Though the entries vary greatly in length.

Yesterday's ep was the worst ever in the show's history. Like ort888 said, it's hit or miss, but last night showed no effort at all.

I disagree in large part. The Canadian Royal Wedding episode harks back in many ways to the older South Park motif. It ridicules Canada/Candians with absurdest humor while lightly parodying the recent pop culture event of William & Kate wedding. I for one liked the episode. It certainly wasn't gold, not was anywhere as good as the Apple spoof the previous week, but then again the Apple spoof too isn't the greatest the show has to offer either.
